Approach to care

My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with a personalized, whole-person perspective. I have completed advanced training in functional and integrative approaches through the Elite Nurse Practitioner Functional Medicine program, allowing me to consider the many factors that may influence mental health and overall well-being.

Personalized integrated care

By combining evidence-based psychiatric medication management with functional and integrative principles, I work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. Care may include medication management, education, lifestyle and wellness strategies, and coordination with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.

My clinical interests include anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders. Through a collaborative, patient-centered approach, my goal is to help you feel heard and supported while working toward improved mental health, overall wellness, and quality of life.
